i'm not sure if this has been said before... but here goes:
1. when sending a message to a user, it would be cool if you had some kind of conformation saying "your message will be sent too... is this correct?". this way, it will give people a chance to alter it if they typed the user number wrong. i find if i get it wrong, i have to press the pound on the phone, then return to the main menu and try again
also, i'd like to see a conformation if you are removing a message. this way, if people press it and don't mean to, they can always go back and say no...
my third idea is for the list of options to show after the voicemail. so, you hear the voicemail, then get save, remove, reply... etc. pressing 9 all the time just to get the right key can get anoying for some users.
lastly, when you log in and it says... "you have new voicemail" it would be so cool to press an option and jump straight to the message
just thaughts....
The delete and save keys are toggles. You can press them a second time to remove the flag.
maybe it could be an option to have the options listed afterword. Personally I just remember them.

I agree with the login bit. You should be able to press 2 while it's going "You have new voicemail" like on Pipeline.
Yeah, maybe you can have user settings (maybe option 4 from the main menu, phone settings)? That would be cool.
